Day 1: Nairobi – Zanzibar | Welcome to Paradise
Morning: Fly from JKIA Nairobi to Zanzibar International Airport (~1.5 hrs). On arrival, transfer to your hotel. Afternoon: Beach time at the hotel or on the white sand. Evening: Welcome beachfront dinner — fresh seafood and local delicacies at sunset.
Day 2: Explore Stone Town
Morning: Guided tour of Stone Town. Visit the House of Wonders, Old Fort, Slave Market, Sultan’s Palace and the vibrant Darajani Market. Afternoon: Zanzibar Spice Tour — visit a local spice farm, smell and taste cloves, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg. Freshly prepared spice lunch on the farm. Evening: Relax and dinner at the hotel or beachside restaurant.
Day 3: Beach Day & Water Activities
Morning: Spend the day at Nungwi Beach — crystal-clear waters and soft white sand. Swimming, snorkelling or kayaking. Afternoon: Traditional dhow cruise around Zanzibar’s coast — picnic-style lunch with fresh seafood, tropical fruits and refreshing drinks. Spot dolphins if you’re lucky! Evening: Romantic sunset dinner on the beach.
Day 4: Prison Island & Departure
Morning: Boat trip to Prison Island — explore old prison ruins and feed the giant tortoises (some over 100 years old). Afternoon: Relaxed lunch on the island. Return to hotel for leisure — beach, pool or souvenir shopping. Evening: Special farewell dinner at a fine Zanzibar seafood restaurant. Next morning: Transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your return flight to Nairobi.
