Tour Plan
Day 1: Arrival, Icebreakers & Team Building
Morning: Scenic 3.5–4 hr drive from Nairobi to Nanyuki. Arrive at The Enchanted Forest Lodge or Sweetwaters Serena Camp — welcome drinks and a tour of your accommodation. Afternoon: Fun icebreaker activities — Two Truths and One Lie, Human Bingo. First workshop: aligning team goals and values. Group discussions and personal reflections. Leisure time by the pool, nature walk or relaxation at the lodge. Evening: Buffet dinner with Kenyan and international cuisine. Casual networking and sharing reflections.
Day 2: Adventure Activities, Leadership Training & Team Bonding
Morning: Outdoor team-building — ziplining through Nanyuki’s forests or guided horseback riding around the base of Mount Kenya. Activities designed to build trust, communication and team dynamics.
