Tour Plan
Day 1: Arrival & Conference Kick-off
Morning: Depart Nairobi (~4–5 hrs). Stop at a scenic viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley en route. Arrive at your conference lodge and check in. Afternoon: Buffet lunch. First conference session — flipchart board, delegates’ stationery, LCD projector and morning tea/coffee with snacks provided. Evening: Optional short game drive within Amboseli — spot elephants, lions and wildlife against Kilimanjaro. Full-board dinner at the lodge.
Day 2: Full Conference Day & Team Building
Morning: Hearty breakfast, then morning conference session with all equipment provided. Mid-session tea/coffee break. Afternoon: Lunch, then afternoon conference session with PA system, free Wi-Fi and a soft drink. Afternoon tea/coffee break. Late afternoon: Team-building activity — trust exercises, team challenges or a nature walk. Evening: Relaxed dinner and unwind by the campfire or in the lounge, enjoying the tranquility of Amboseli.
Day 3: Final Session & Departure
